According to media reports, the Himalayas are going through the biggest change of the century. Its permanent slow line has gone back 100 meters. Also, due to 1 degree increase in temperature during winter, the glaciers have shrunk by three kilometers. Due to which the timing of snowfall has also shifted further. There is a difference of about one and a half month in the time of snowfall. Compared to previous years, snowfall is now occurring after one and a half months.
There will be a big change in the coming time
Reports show that the snowfall which earlier started from December-January, is still continuing from mid-February. Experts have collected data for more than 100 years and have concluded that if this continues then there will be a complete change in the timing of snowfall in the coming 8 to 10 years. Apart from this, it may also happen that snowfall is very less. The snow that occurs in December-January used to freeze due to low temperature. But the snowfall that is happening now is not accumulating properly. Because the temperature is high.
